After your initial consultation, when all your questions have been answered and you are comfortable with the treatment plan; your informed consent will be obtained. Expect to have your photograph taken to record your baseline image and celebrate your improvement. Your photographs will be kept with your file with the same strict confidentiality as the rest of your medical records.
The area is thoroughly cleansed with antiseptic cleanser. The laser is passed over the wart by our expertly trained aspireMD healthcare provider, eliminating the virus affected skin. The wart itself is already dead tissue so the treatment is painless. Your results will become increasingly noticeable the four weeks after treatment.
Depending on the anatomical location and nature of your wart, your treatment protocol will vary. On average, expect a 15 minute appointment once weekly for 4-6 weeks.
