COVID-19 UPDATE
TEMPORARY CLOSURE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

To our dear friends, patients and community,
We have made the difficult decision to close our office due to the growing risks associated with COVID-19. On behalf of everyone at aspireMD, our hearts go out to all those impacted by the virus - this includes not only those diagnosed but also their family, friends, those whose jobs and schools have been affected and so many more. Our highest priority continues to be the health and safety of our patients, our team and our community. We will continue to do whatever we can to prevent virus from spreading to others.
This is a rapidly evolving situation and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have decided to temporarily close our doors. We will be reaching out and contacting patients who are booked over the next few weeks to reschedule your appointments. This was not an easy decision but we feel it's the right thing to do given the current climate and recommendations from the government, Public Health and the Chief Medical Officer.
In light of the recommended social distancing procedures, we will be operating remotely and responding to your messages in a timely manner. Your patience and understanding during this transitional period are greatly appreciated. Moving forward, we will also be making ourselves available for emergency calls, virtual skin health and facial consultations and free delivery of skincare products.
Effective Tuesday, March 17th at 7:00 PM we will be closed, and all appointments will be postponed pending guidance from our government and governing bodies. Please watch our website, social media and emails for updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we work diligently to serve you and thank you for your patience.
Please know that Dr. Burk-Vassallo is available to you 24/7 for urgent medical matters related to your aspireMD treatment. You can contact her by calling our office at 905-397-1122 and listening to the recorded message for the emergency contact number.
CURRENTLY BOOKED APPOINTMENTS
Any patients who are currently booked will be contacted via telephone or email. Your appointments will be rescheduled swiftly as soon as the government advises we are safe to reopen.
CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

SKINCARE PURCHASES AND DELIVERY
We would like to offer contactless foyer pick up of skincare products during this time. If you're interested or need to make a purchase, please contact us at [email protected].
SKIN HEALTH AND FACE CONSULTATIONS
We are able to provide complimentary virtual consultations for facial injectables and skin health. If you would like to request a virtual consultation appointment, please email [email protected] to schedule a booking time.
